Art Beat on Main Street is a FREE family event split in two parts.

Come join us May 17th for a FREE songwriting workshop! Learn the fundamentals of writing a great song and craft your very own to be entered into our contest! Entries must be submitted by May 28th.

Winners will be announced on the day of Art Beat 2025.

Then, on May 31st, come back down to Vale, Oregon, Main Street right on the Oregon Trail, for an afternoon packed with fun! Tours of the 120+ year old Grand Opera House and 110+ year old Vale Hotel (Hotel Drexel) If not on a tour, everyone is welcomed to enjoy the FREE live music, performance of songs from our very own Songwriting contest, enjoy the Arts builds community benches, view our art and historical exhibits, or make your way around to the many Vendors! This event is FREE to attend!  We hope to see you in Vale during June each year from 3-6pm at the corner of A street & Main Street for this fun FREE Family & community Event!
